For my small hands, this mouse fits like a glove - the basic shape and weight makes it really comfortable. I tend to mouse with my wrist stationary, using only your fingers to move. This requires taking slightly shorter around the mouse. Even so, the left and right buttons are clickable almost as far as half a mouse click with little perceptible change in pressure.

Just to have 10 fully programmable buttons are a boon for the click-casting in World of Warcraft. Coupled with the SetPoint software is obvious.Although I agree with 'Ruebarb "About the Department of Information and the middle button.

DPI buttons are small and can be difficult to achieve for small hands in a game situation. And the middle button requires much more directly straight down, click forcefully that the left / right scrolling functions per click is much better suited for the less used spells /.

Conversely, the left / right scroll-click is dead on perfect. I see them as natural to use as any other "normal" mouse-button.

The group of three buttons on the left side is an excellent idea. I like the arrangement.And the push-able hyper-scroll middle button is a quick work of long scrolling page.
